- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of future leaders within Valiantys
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale client engagements
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of Atlassian solutions and their application in digital transformation initiatives
- Experience with AI-enabled delivery tools and predictive analytics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A proven track record of mentoring and developing project managers
