About the Role
The SelectLeaders client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Reporting directly to the Project Executive, you will be responsible for overall project execution, financial performance, scheduling, and client satisfaction while managing multiple projects concurrently.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project management including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Manage client relationships to maintain high levels of satisfaction and ensure project goals are met
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare regular reports on project status, financial performance, and any issues that may impact the project timeline or budget
What We're Looking For
- A highly motivated construction professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within commercial construction
- Strong leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, financial management, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and tenant-occupied renovations across retail, restaurant, corporate, and commercial sectors
