What This Role Involves

The Construction Project Manager at Forgen will oversee and manage all assigned projects in accordance with our corporate philosophy of safe, quality production. The role involves ensuring the successful completion of projects while securing the most favorable economic outcome for the company.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Manage project teams, providing leadership and direction to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow and resolution of any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and financial records as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and Forgen's corporate policies.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • PMP certification is preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
