What This Role Involves

The Senior Project Construction/Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction and development projects. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and quality control while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of high-quality construction and development projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or development management, with a focus on entitlement and development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception through completion.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct project teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with construction standards, codes, and regulations.
