About This Position
Bisnow is seeking a highly entrepreneurial senior commercial real estate professional to lead and expand our capital markets and business development efforts. As the Director of Capital Markets, you will be responsible for sourcing, cultivating, and managing relationships with debt providers, equity investors, family offices, institutional capital, private credit funds, banks, brokers, developers, and other strategic partners.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Sourcing and cultivating a network of capital sources including debt providers, equity investors, family offices, institutional capital, private credit funds, banks, brokers, developers, and other strategic partners
- Managing relationships with existing capital sources to ensure ongoing support for the firm's initiatives
- Actively originating business by attending conferences and industry events to build the firm's market presence
- Helping structure transactions and working closely with senior leadership to grow the company's debt, equity, advisory, and credit enhancement platforms
- Independently creating and advancing opportunities within the capital markets space
Requirements
- A proven track record as a relationship builder and dealmaker in commercial real estate finance
- An existing book of capital sources to bring to the role
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate finance, including debt and equity markets
- The ability to independently create and advance opportunities within the capital markets space
- A proactive approach to business development and market presence building
