About the Role

What You'll Do
- Manage due diligence and legal support for M&A transactions and acquisitions
- Support private equity fund formation, investment structuring, and portfolio transactions
- Contribute to capital markets work including securities offerings and institutional financings
- Prepare legal documents, conduct legal research, and analyze transactional issues
- Support senior attorneys in client meetings, deal negotiations, and transaction management
- Develop deep knowledge of corporate law, M&A, and securities law principles
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Bar admission in any US state or eligibility for prompt admission
- 2–5 years of experience as a corporate or transactional attorney
- Strong legal writing and research capabilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under deadline pressure
- Drive to develop expertise in corporate transactions and investment finance
