About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential AI consulting organization in Berlin that works across industry, research, and government sectors. Our talent team is seeking a working student to join their public sector division, focusing on AI strategy and innovation projects with ministries, health insurance providers, and government agencies at EU, federal, and state levels.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of public administration through artificial intelligence. You'll work closely with leadership to develop new business opportunities and support meaningful digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the public sector team in building out a growing and successful business unit
- Identify innovation potential at the intersection of AI and public sector organizations (EU, federal, and state level)
- Assist with client contact by preparing for and participating in meetings with public sector stakeholders
- Collaborate with machine learning scientists on AI project concepts (optional technical component)
- Explore new business areas and help recognize opportunities in the public sector space
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a business or technical degree program with at least 3 semesters remaining
- Available to work minimum 16 hours per week
- German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (required)
- Conversational English for internal team communication
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in customer-facing work
- Independent, structured work style with strong comprehension skills
- Interest in technology and its practical applications
- Berlin-based preferred
- Plus: Prior understanding of public administration stakeholder interests from internships, work experience, or studies
- Plus: Previous entrepreneurial initiative or business development exposure
