Senior Account Manager [4 month FTC]

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing services organization on a 4-month fixed-term contract for a Senior Account Manager based in Watford. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week onsite at the client's office in Watford, with occasional work from a London office.

In this role, you will be embedded within the client's activation team, working closely with their in-house creative department. You'll manage digital media projects including web, email, and paid media campaigns from briefing through to final delivery.

Client Management:

• Immerse yourself in the client's brand and retail offerings
• Prepare client proposals and present creative work to a high standard
• Provide weekly status reports and detailed meeting minutes
• Set and manage client expectations on deliverables and timeframes
• Build strong day-to-day relationships with client and agency stakeholders
• Escalate issues promptly with recommended solutions
• Identify workflow improvements that benefit both our client and the end customer

Project Management:

• Coordinate between client stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party partners
• Manage projects from brief to delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality output
• Consistently deliver against SLAs and KPIs
• Utilize project management tools including Workfront and Trello
• Monitor and update timelines, setting realistic expectations
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed before client delivery
• Manage workload effectively and communicate support needs
• Provide administrative support and mentor team members as needed

• Experience managing multi-market accounts in retail
• Background in creative, branding, social, digital, or print production
• Experience with creative adaptation briefs
• Basic understanding of digital media channels (web, email, paid media) is desirable
