Director, Product Management – Cloud Security and Shared Capabilities

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cloud security platform client seeking a Director of Product Management to lead cloud security and shared platform capabilities. In this role, you will:

• Run and grow multiple product lines to meet revenue and business targets, building toward a multi-hundred million dollar annual business
• Lead and own product strategy and roadmap for security product lines, fully aligned to revenue goals with compelling differentiation and customer value
• Ensure predictable roadmap execution across direct and partner teams to achieve product and business outcomes
• Analyze and develop pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue through deep understanding of market dynamics
• Drive go-to-market strategy with partner teams including sales, sales engineering, channels, marketing, and customer success
• Serve as the product-leader representative with analyst, press, and customer communities
• Manage and grow both manager and individual contributor Product Managers, ensuring high quality work and team fulfillment
• Model and contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration across product management and the broader organization
• Raise the bar of PM leadership through excellence in strategy development, roadmap planning, execution, and go-to-market responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking a candidate with:

• Extensive leadership experience in Product Management with demonstrated business growth and customer adoption success in the CNAPP (Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform) market
• Proven experience driving shared platform capabilities in service of multiple products
• Seasoned team leadership with experience directly managing product management teams and mentoring talent into sustained high performers
• Passion for go-to-market with demonstrated success developing GTM programs and achieving targets with sales, sales engineering, channels, marketing, and customer success counterparts
• Excellence in cross-functional alignment and ensuring all partner organizations are committed to delivering roadmap and business goals
• High-level skills in pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue potential and strategic advantage
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to champion customer needs to deliver compelling, high-value experiences across all customer lifecycle phases
• Technical background as a software engineer, security engineer, or demonstrated technical knowledge to discuss technical concepts with customers and engineering counterparts
• Compelling presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication, including proven track record presenting to executive, technical, non-technical, and external audiences including industry analysts
• Data-driven approach with advanced analytical aptitude to draw critical insights from market, competitive, usage, pipeline, and other data sources

This is a hybrid role based in Paris.
