IT-Systemadministrator (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in the Offenbach am Main area. In this IT Systems Administrator role, you will ensure seamless IT operations across multiple locations while continuously developing system and network infrastructure. You will serve as the central point of contact for all IT matters.

• Provide comprehensive IT support (1st through 3rd level) for users across multiple sites
• Manage the ticket system, troubleshoot issues, and administer hardware and software
• Execute structured user and access rights management, including IT onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer and manage cloud-based work environments (Google Workspace)
• Procure, provision, and configure client devices (laptops, peripherals) and network elements
• Administer, maintain, and develop physical and virtual server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
• Perform central endpoint management for software rollouts, patch management, and system monitoring
• Serve as liaison with external IT service providers and partners, including managing service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed IT training (such as IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT system administration and technical user support
• Practical knowledge in managing server environments (Windows/Linux, virtualization)
• Experience administering Google Workspace and common identity and access management systems
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong service orientation, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented, independent working style
• Residence in the greater Offenbach am Main / Frankfurt am Main area for on-site support
• Knowledge of modern network technology (firewalls, UniFi), RMM tools (NinjaOne), or zero-trust architectures is advantageous
