Senior Product Manager – OpenCRQ

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing cybertech organization seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy for their open-source cyber risk quantification platform. This is a fully remote role based in France, offering the opportunity to shape how organizations worldwide approach threat-driven risk assessment and quantitative cyber risk management.

Our client is building solutions trusted by thousands of public and private organizations globally. As Senior Product Manager, you'll own the product vision and roadmap for a platform focused on moving customers toward more probabilistic, data-driven risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for a cyber risk quantification platform, maintaining a strong CRQ mindset throughout product decisions
• Challenge and refine the core product model, including data architecture, control frameworks, and risk communication strategies
• Lead customer and prospect discovery to validate direction, prioritize problems, and identify high-impact opportunities
• Make data-informed product decisions and align cross-functional stakeholders around trade-offs and priorities
• Partner closely with Engineering and R&D leadership to transform product strategy into deliverable outcomes
• Collaborate with Business, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure measurable customer and business value
• Evaluate and drive strategic ecosystem opportunities, including potential partnerships with industry frameworks and data providers
• Contribute to AI-assisted product discovery, prioritization, and delivery workflows, working hands-on with AI agents to accelerate prototyping

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, risk management, or closely related domains
• Strong ability to reason about quantitative and probabilistic risk, including threat distributions, likelihood, impact, and financial exposure
• Credible understanding of cybersecurity from both offensive and defensive perspectives; pure compliance backgrounds are not sufficient
• Demonstrated experience working with AI throughout the full product delivery cycle
• Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to align Engineering, Product, Business, and leadership teams
• Fluency in English required; French is a strong plus
• Bonus: experience with open-source products or communities
