NetSuite Developer – PH

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer to join their team in the Philippines. Our client is looking for an experienced professional to implement and manage configurations, customizations, and integrations within their NetSuite ERP environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging technical problems while collaborating with management to align systems with business objectives.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

• Develop, customize, configure, and test NetSuite ERP modules and workflows
• Build and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality to support evolving business requirements
• Guide teams in creating and testing future state business processes and script development
• Plan, review, and manage configuration changes and customization requests
• Research and analyze application behaviors to improve performance and stability
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data integrity
• Configure NetSuite forms, fields, and customer records to support unique business processes
• Ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured across enterprise applications
• Generate reports and provide data analysis to support business process mapping, continuous improvement, and change management
• Evaluate new or underutilized NetSuite functionality and assist with defining functional specifications
• Design and build enhancements to support business needs while maintaining scalability, system integrity, and security best practices

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of NetSuite development experience
• Strong knowledge and experience with JavaScript, SuiteScript, and the SuiteCloud customization platform
• Data management familiarity (SQL, XML, JSON)
• Experience with integration approaches and web services (XML, SOAP, WSDL, REST)
• Proven experience with NetSuite integrations with third-party applications and NetSuite APIs
• General knowledge of building and maintaining web applications, both front-end (JavaScript/CSS/HTML) and back-end
• Hands-on experience designing solutions, installing software, and managing data migration in software delivery projects
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git for code branching and deployment methodology
• Functional proficiency as a NetSuite user, able to advise on customizations vs. native functionality
• Experience managing business needs and translating them to IT deliverables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Self-starter mentality with strong teamwork skills
• NetSuite Certifications are a plus (SuiteCloud Developer II, Administrator, ERP Consultant preferred)

Location & Schedule Requirements:

• Must be a current resident of the Philippines with legal authorization to work there
• Must be willing to work US Pacific business hours (8am-5pm PST / 12am-9am PH time)
• Fully functional and up-to-date computer required
• Willingness to install endpoint protection software
