Senior Recruiter, GTM, EMEA

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cloud infrastructure organization that is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across Go-to-Market and General & Administrative functions in EMEA. Based in London, you will own the complete recruiting lifecycle for Revenue, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Solutions Architect roles, and extend coverage to G&A functions including Marketing, Legal, People Operations, IT, Procurement, and Executive Support as capacity allows.

In this position, you will partner directly with senior leadership to shape hiring strategies, conduct intake sessions, calibrate role requirements, source and assess candidates, design offer strategies, and close exceptional talent on competitive timelines. You will advise hiring managers on role scoping, leveling frameworks, compensation benchmarking, interview structure design, and decision quality, while maintaining structured, equitable processes that improve candidate pass-through rates and overall hiring excellence.

Success requires operating with metrics-driven precision, championing outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint, collaborating cross-functionally with People Operations, HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal teams, and continuously refining recruiting tools, process quality, and market intelligence to support rapid organizational growth.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience covering GTM (Marketing/Revenue) and G&A roles within high-growth technology or adjacent industries
• Proven track record recruiting General & Administrative positions including Finance, Legal, and People/HR functions
• Demonstrated success hiring across Manager and Director levels, including hard-to-fill specialty roles
• Expert intake and calibration skills with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into precise candidate profiles and assessment frameworks
• Strong offer negotiation and closing capabilities with data-informed guidance on compensation positioning, leveling decisions, and risk tradeoffs
• Data fluency: managing recruitment funnels, forecasting timelines, and driving evidence-based decisions with metrics
• Systems proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and analytics platforms
• Ability to context-switch seamlessly between GTM and G&A portfolios while maintaining quality standards and velocity
• Passion for running efficient recruiting processes and delivering vetted, high-quality pipelines under tight timelines
• Curiosity about market intelligence, hiring trends, and continuous improvement of pass-through quality across diverse search types

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process with our recruiting team and will be competitive with the London market for senior recruiting professionals in high-growth technology environments.
