Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short and long-term sales and operations plans to grow market share and increase brand presence
  • Monitor monthly performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets
  • Oversee district P&L, managing expenses and maximizing profits while conducting regular financial reviews with store leaders
  • Stay current on competitive landscape and recommend adjustments to pricing, services, and product offerings
  • Partner with field sales teams to identify and develop new business relationships
  • Lead and motivate a primarily mobile workforce, fostering a culture of engagement and excellence
  • Create a positive environment that drives retention and delivers exceptional customer experiences across all locations
  • Collaborate with national leadership to standardize best practices and drive change management adoption
  • Oversee talent review processes to ensure high-performing teams and coach underperforming associates

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required
  • 6+ years of leadership experience in operations and sales environments
  • Automotive aftermarket experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and operations techniques
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and achieve results through others while developing associates to meet career goals alongside organizational KPIs
  • Valid state-issued driver's license
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Professional appearance and willingness to wear required safety equipment
