Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential retail organization seeking a working student to support their HR team. In this role, you will:

  • Support the HR team with day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and organizational duties including recruiting, applicant management, and interview coordination
  • Assist with creating, preparing, and managing various HR documents
  • Maintain and update digital employee master data in HR systems
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes as well as administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Assist with internal communication processes and the implementation and documentation of HR procedures
  • Participate in HR projects related to topics such as onboarding, employee retention, and digitalization

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled student, ideally in a program related to human resources, business, psychology, law, or a comparable field
  • Interest in HR topics and processes with a desire to gain practical experience in personnel administration
  • Ideally some initial experience in commercial, administrative, or HR-related environments
  • Structured, organized, and highly discreet working style
  • Proficiency with standard MS Office applications and enthusiasm for learning digital HR systems and new programs
  • Friendly and professional communication skills with a collaborative team approach
  • Availability of up to 20 hours per week during the semester, with flexibility to provide additional support during semester breaks
  • German language proficiency required for this Frankfurt-based position
