Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) – SaaS

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a well-funded SaaS organization in the healthcare technology space. This is a Sales Development Representative role based in Berlin, working in a hybrid setup. You'll be joining a fast-growing company at an exciting stage of expansion, where your work will directly shape how the sales function evolves.

We're looking for someone who wants to build strategy, not just follow scripts—someone who thinks in terms of pipeline health and market positioning rather than simply hitting call quotas.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute your own outbound strategy for the healthcare segment, from initial research through to qualified meetings
• Conduct high-volume outreach across multiple channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify prospects against established criteria and transition ready opportunities to Account Executives
• Maintain accurate, detailed records in the CRM system to support broader commercial decision-making
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights that inform go-to-market strategy
• Monitor industry developments and translate them into sharper positioning approaches

What We're Looking For

• Initial experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or technology environments
• Confidence conducting cold outreach and resilience in handling rejection professionally
• Strong curiosity about customer needs and ability to connect them with solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Comfort working with sales and productivity tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
• Fluency in German (C2 level) to support the German customer base, plus strong English skills
• Based in or near Berlin, or willing to relocate
