Growth Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the full demand generation engine and build repeatable, data-driven growth systems that connect marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across LinkedIn and Meta, optimizing for pipeline quality and customer acquisition cost
• Build and manage a growth experimentation roadmap including A/B tests on landing pages, forms, CTAs, and nurture sequences
• Design and optimize lead nurture programs in HubSpot, including segmentation, scoring, lifecycle management, and re-engagement campaigns
• Own campaign reporting and attribution, partnering with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate pipeline tracking
• Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives on lead quality, ICP alignment, and pipeline targets
• Connect every marketing initiative to measurable business impact and revenue outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or full-funnel B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or technology
• Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, especially LinkedIn and Meta, from setup through optimization
• Strong HubSpot expertise: workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, nurture programs, segmentation, and reporting
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with attribution models, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and data-driven decision making
• Experimentation-first approach with proven ability to run A/B tests, document learnings, and iterate based on results
• AI-native mindset with active use of automation tools and AI assistants to increase velocity and efficiency
• Ability to partner effectively with Sales teams on lead quality, ideal customer profile alignment, and MQL criteria
• Fluent in both German and English (required for DACH market focus)
