Founders Associate Working Student – Operations (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing healthtech client in Berlin who is building AI-powered solutions for the healthcare sector. They are seeking a Founders Associate Working Student to support operations across multiple business functions. This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside leadership and gain exposure to all areas of a scaling technology company.

Our client has established themselves as a market leader in their initial vertical and is now expanding into new medical specialties, geographies, and product lines. You'll be instrumental in building the operational foundation that supports this growth.

Responsibilities

• Own special projects and drive initiatives forward by coordinating stakeholders and maintaining oversight
• Support finance operations including maintaining reports, managing outstanding invoices, and monitoring payment flows
• Assist with people operations by planning onboarding for new colleagues and ensuring smooth integration
• Support recruitment activities from screening applications through conducting interviews
• Help plan and execute internal and external events while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
• Work closely with the founding team on cross-functional operational challenges

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student (working student position)
• Ideally prior experience in a startup, SaaS, consulting, or venture environment
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to tackle unglamorous tasks
• Strong aptitude for automation and quick to learn new tools
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate unfamiliar topics independently
• Confident communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal
• Previous internship experience and/or track record of driving personal projects or side activities
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin (in-office position)
