About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential travel and hospitality organization seeking a Family Vacation & Theme Park Coordinator to join their remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping families create memorable vacation experiences through detailed planning and exceptional customer service.

In this fully remote role, you'll work with clients to design customized family travel experiences, coordinate theme park visits, arrange resort accommodations, and ensure every detail is handled professionally. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while building valuable experience in the travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend family vacation options, including theme parks, resorts, and age-appropriate activities
• Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and customized itineraries for client review
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings and fulfill special requests
• Maintain accurate client records, reservation details, and travel documentation
• Provide professional, timely service throughout the planning process to ensure client satisfaction
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with standard computer applications including email, web browsers, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional, distraction-free home workspace
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles is beneficial but not required
• Passion for travel planning and helping families create special experiences
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
