About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential insurtech client in London who is expanding their marketing function. Our client uses AI and real-time data to help commercial fleets improve safety outcomes, and they're backed by a major UK insurer while maintaining startup energy and pace.
As Marketing Manager, you will own the execution of two critical marketing engines: content creation and events delivery. You'll be the second hire on a growing team with significantly increased budget backing, working directly with the Senior Marketing Manager to scale output while maintaining quality.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn and other channels, creating product videos, carousels, infographics and PDF content with consistent posting cadence
- Produce high-volume content including case studies, articles, industry news, thought leadership pieces and product launch materials, publishing several times monthly
- Film and produce video content: team stories, product demonstrations and interviews filmed in and around the office
- Plan and deliver seven to nine events annually, including trade shows, conferences, broker events and customer gatherings—owning budget, logistics, stand design, execution and lead follow-up
- Design marketing assets in Figma and AI design tools to agency-quality standards
- Deploy AI tools daily to draft, edit, repurpose and scale content while maintaining authentic voice and ensuring nothing reads machine-generated
- Collaborate with underwriting, distribution and product teams to extract compelling stories from busy stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Significant content creation and social media experience, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS, with measurable results from owning and executing social strategies
- Portfolio of published work you can share immediately
- Strong copywriting and communication skills demonstrated through published content
- Proven track record organizing trade shows, conferences or business events, plus experience with customer and stakeholder events
- Hands-on design capability in Figma and AI design tools; Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a bonus
- Startup or scale-up experience where you owned outcomes end-to-end and drove improvements without waiting for detailed briefs
- Confident, critical use of AI across marketing workflows
- Video editing experience is a plus
- Exposure to insurance, fleet management or telematics sectors is helpful but not required
