We are representing a confidential law firm seeking a talented Legal Intake Specialist to join their team in the Philippines. This remote position sits at the critical intersection of client service and business development, where you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and guide them through the initial engagement process.

Our talent team is looking for a professional who combines legal intake experience with strong consultative sales skills to qualify leads, build trust quickly, and convert inquiries into retained client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound client calls promptly and professionally, delivering excellent phone etiquette and representing the firm's standards
• Conduct structured intake interviews to screen potential clients, gather accurate case information, and assess eligibility based on established criteria
• Apply consultative sales techniques and active listening to clearly communicate legal services, address prospect concerns, and guide toward consultation scheduling or agreement signing
• Schedule consultations with legal staff or distribute retainer agreements to qualified prospects following successful intake conversations
• Execute consistent follow-up with uncommitted leads, web inquiries, and missed calls to maximize conversion opportunities
• Maintain accurate documentation of all call data, case notes, consultation schedules, and lead statuses in the firm's CRM or case management system

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience conducting client intake within a legal practice environment (required)
• Proven sales background with demonstrated success in consultative selling, closing agreements, or managing objections via phone
• Experience in receptionist, front desk, or high-volume call handling roles with strong customer service focus
• Direct legal industry experience strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a professional, empathetic phone presence
• High attention to detail when documenting client case information, updating CRM records, and routing data to legal teams
