Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Eigenständige Abwicklung von Import- und Exportvorgängen sowie Überführung von Waren in die erforderlichen Zollverfahren
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Zoll- und Ausfuhranmeldungen mit ordnungsgemäßer Dokumentation
- Prüfung von Sanktions- und Embargovorgaben sowie Klassifizierung von Waren nach relevanten Güter- und Zolltarifen
- Verwaltung von Zollbewilligungen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller zoll- und exportkontrollrechtlichen Vorgaben
- Fungieren als kompetente Ansprechperson für Behörden und interne Fachbereiche in Zoll- und Exportfragen
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung als Zollsachbearbeiter (m/w/d), Exportsachbearbeiter (m/w/d), Import-Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) oder in der Zollabwicklung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Import- und Exportabwicklung oder entsprechende Zusatzqualifikation im Zollwesen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in ATLAS sowie sicherer Umgang mit SAP
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
