Circle K is hiring a full-time Team Member for our Store 2709236 location in Albuquerque, NM. Join our convenience store team and help us deliver exceptional service to customers throughout your shifts.

About the Role

We're seeking a dependable, customer-focused Team Member to join our Albuquerque convenience store operation. In this full-time position, you'll be the frontline of our brand—handling transactions, maintaining our store, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Your reliability and friendly service directly contribute to the success of our location and the experience customers have when they visit Circle K.

Core Duties

• Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions with accuracy
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and rotate inventory to maintain store standards
• Keep the store clean and well-maintained, including sales floor, restrooms, and food preparation areas
• Provide friendly customer service and assist guests with product information
• Prepare beverages, food items, and grab-and-go products according to company guidelines
• Execute opening and closing procedures, including register reconciliation and security protocols
• Follow company safety and operational policies to ensure a quality store environment

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong math and cash-handling abilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 50 pounds
• Reliable, punctual attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
