Customer Service Representative

Circlek is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Clayton NC location (Store 2723128). This is your opportunity to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment where every interaction matters.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Circlek for our customers. You'll work on-site at our Clayton store, greeting customers, processing transactions, and ensuring a welcoming experience every time someone walks through our doors. Your friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills will help build customer loyalty while supporting smooth daily operations in a busy convenience and fuel retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and services
• Operate cash registers and process payments accurately and efficiently
• Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure merchandise is organized and accessible
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact
• Support fuel station operations as needed, including customer assistance at pumps
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals and provide consistent service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Proven customer service experience or demonstrated ability to interact professionally with customers
• Ability to use point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift items, and move throughout the store
• Flexible availability to work various shifts as needed
