Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential pharmaceutical organization seeking a Senior Technician Analytics to join their research team in Heidelberg, Germany.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct pharmaceutical-chemical investigations and stability studies from raw materials through to product control
- Apply diverse analytical methods including chromatography, spectroscopy, and wet chemistry
- Develop and pre-validate assays while supporting formulation development projects
- Maintain and care for laboratory instrumentation
- Author and execute standard operating procedures
- Document results and prepare protocols and reports
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Above-average completion of training as a Chemielaborant or CTA, or alternatively an excellent Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a comparable field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical-industrial environment (essential)
- Demonstrated practical experience with analytical methods and instrumental analytics, particularly HPLC and HPLC-MS (required)
- Knowledge of additional techniques such as particle/aggregate analytics (advantageous)
- Basic knowledge of relevant guidelines (desirable)
- Conscientious and meticulous working approach
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
