Responsibilities

• Assist clients with coordinating personalized travel and service arrangements
• Research and compare available options to meet specific client preferences
• Confirm reservations and verify accuracy of all booking details
• Provide clear, professional communication via email and phone
• Support clients with updates, modifications, and service-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions
• Complete required training programs and professional development courses

What We're Looking For

• Authorization to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and smartphone access
• Computer strongly recommended for efficient workflow
• Proven customer service skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
