About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential travel organization that is expanding its remote operations team. This Client Itinerary Coordinator role offers the opportunity to help clients create memorable experiences by managing complex travel arrangements including accommodations, cruises, excursions, transportation, and special events.
Our talent team is seeking detail-oriented professionals who excel at organization, problem-solving, and client communication. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage personalized itineraries for clients worldwide
- Research and coordinate reservations across multiple vendors and service providers
- Understand client preferences and deliver tailored recommendations
- Communicate clearly and promptly with clients throughout the booking process
- Resolve booking-related issues and handle service recovery
- Maintain accurate records and detailed client notes
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
What We're Looking For
- Citizenship in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Smartphone with reliable internet access (laptop or desktop also recommended)
- Customer service or hospitality background strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
