Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global digital sports and entertainment organization with millions of daily active users. Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their fully remote team and drive product strategy for their consumer-facing platforms. This is a unique opportunity to shape products at scale while working with a distributed team across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Align product development initiatives to company-wide objectives and key results
• Lead customer research and analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors; develop compelling business cases for new product opportunities
• Conduct competitive landscape analysis, staying current on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments
• Define and communicate product roadmaps with clear vision and strategy to business stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate opportunities into measurable requirements and prioritize product backlogs
• Partner with delivery managers, tech leads, and cross-functional teams to coordinate dependencies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
• Work with marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans, product positioning, and messaging for target customer segments
• Define and track key performance metrics; continuously monitor product performance and user feedback to drive iterations
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on product management best practices

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience making data-driven product decisions through user research and experimentation
• Demonstrable track record of iterating and improving products based on feedback and performance data
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, distributed environments
• Experience defining and tracking OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Clear and efficient English communication abilities

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience achieving product-market fit in emerging markets
• Degree or Master's in Business, Product, or Technology discipline
