Staff Product Manager | BASE

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential wellness-technology client seeking a Staff Product Manager to join their platform team in Brazil. This is a fully remote position for candidates based anywhere in Brazil.

Our client operates a marketplace platform connecting corporate wellness services with end users globally. The BASE team builds core capabilities that support the business model and enable future growth. In this role, you will drive product strategy across referral programs and client management systems, working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that serve thousands of clients and millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of tools that simplify and optimize service delivery across a multi-sided marketplace platform
• Define product requirements in collaboration with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders
• Create and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs
• Prioritize initiatives and maintain focus on high-impact features that drive sustainable value
• Establish KPIs and utilize analytics to measure product success and identify growth opportunities
• Foster continuous improvement by evaluating and refining products, processes, and methodologies
• Balance long-term strategic vision with execution on short-term priorities

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in Product Management and managing the complete Product Lifecycle (mandatory)
• Experience from ideation and MVP development through testing, iteration, launch, and post-launch optimization
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for daily business communication
• Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools such as Looker or Metabase
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into product decisions
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) including sprint management and backlog prioritization
• Track record of building products in close collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven approach with strong execution capability
• Clear product vision and strategic thinking aligned with business goals
• Experience developing products for global markets with distributed teams
• Active use of AI tools to enhance productivity and product development
