Wir vertreten einen etablierten Immobiliendienstleister in Berlin bei der Suche nach einem Technischen Property Manager (w/m/d) für Wohnimmobilien. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die administrative und organisatorische Betreuung technischer Instandhaltungsprozesse:
- Organisation und administrative Unterstützung der technischen Abteilung
- Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Instandhaltungsaufträgen
- Koordination interner Handwerkerteams sowie Terminabstimmung mit Mietern
- Erstellung von Aufträgen, Angeboten und technischen Dokumenten
- Leistungsabrechnung und Fakturierung erbrachter Handwerkerleistungen
- Prüfung eingehender Rechnungen externer Dienstleister
- Pflege auftragsbezogener Daten und Dokumentation der Vorgänge
- Kommunikation mit Mietern, Kollegen und externen Dienstleistern
Wen wir suchen
Unser Mandant sucht eine Person mit folgenden Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann, Immobilienkaufmann, Technischer Sachbearbeiter) oder Studium mit technischem Schwerpunkt im Bereich Bau-, Gebäude-, Betriebs- oder Immobilienwirtschaft
- Erfahrung in der technischen Sachbearbeitung, Auftragsabwicklung oder im Gebäudemanagement von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Leistungsabrechnung, Rechnungsprüfung oder Fakturierung wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Organisationsgeschick sowie serviceorientiertes Auftreten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
