About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization in their search for a Solutions Engineer. Our client is a global leader in process automation technology, serving thousands of organizations worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technical enablement, partner success, and customer innovation.
As part of our talent team at Get A Job.ai, we're seeking a Solutions Engineer who will support channel partners, drive technical enablement, and evangelize cutting-edge automation platforms. You'll work across partner ecosystems, new customer acquisition, and expansion opportunities while building technical credibility in the market.
Responsibilities
- Enable and support system integrator, partner, and reseller channels through regular training sessions, joint customer calls, and technical enablement program development
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations across workflow automation and document generation platforms to partners and customers
- Research and identify customer business problems, working with sales teams to scope technical solutions and establish proof-of-concept opportunities
- Manage technical partner enablement programs, ensuring partners are updated on best practices, new product features, and certification processes
- Collaborate with partner account managers to develop new value propositions and demonstrators that expand market reach
- Act as liaison between the community and product management, documenting use cases that influence product roadmap decisions
- Drive platform awareness through participation in user groups, conferences, community forums, blogs, and social media channels
- Provide thought leadership at conferences, webinars, and community engagements to create scalable partner and community interactions
- Maintain relationships with virtual technical evangelists embedded within the partner ecosystem
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of practical experience with workflow automation or document generation platforms
- 1-3 years implementing Microsoft solutions (SharePoint, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Office 365) or Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Passionate about technology with demonstrated commitment to continuous learning
- Outstanding content creation, public speaking, and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Knowledge and experience with social media tools and platforms
- Basic understanding of channel/partner business models; software channel experience preferred
- Pre-established credibility through speaking engagements or technology publications is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Located in the United States
