Responsibilities
Our client, a leading organization in the media and broadcast sector, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst/Delivery Manager to lead a transformation initiative in London. You'll work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) on a 12-month+ contract with potential for extension.
In this role, you will:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements across stakeholder groups
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of complex projects
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and maintain clear stakeholder communications
- Support business process transformation initiatives
- Prepare project status reports and executive-level updates
- Ensure technical solutions align with overarching business objectives
What We're Looking For
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years in Business Analysis, Delivery Management, or Product Ownership roles
- Experience in media, broadcast, OTT, content supply chain, or digital asset management environments strongly preferred
Essential Skills:
- Business analysis and requirements management
- Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Stakeholder management at all levels
- JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Process mapping and workflow design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Media supply chain knowledge
- Broadcast operations experience
- Content distribution platforms
- OTT/streaming platforms
