Technical Product Owner (m/f/d)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential logistics technology organization based in Hamburg. We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to take ownership of critical platform integrations, APIs, and technical interfaces that connect shipping services, carriers, and enterprise customers.

In this role, you will bridge Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into actionable priorities while managing multiple integration workstreams across customer-facing APIs, carrier platforms, financial systems, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the roadmap for customer-facing APIs, managing versioning, migration strategies, and feature prioritization
• Drive API customer migration initiatives, identifying required features and carrier integrations to ensure successful transitions
• Serve as technical point of contact for API customers, providing support for troubleshooting and technical challenges
• Lead development of unified carrier interface solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Analyze carrier feature requirements, translate them into engineering specifications, and support QA in defining test cases
• Communicate directly with carrier partners to clarify technical requirements and integration specifications
• Manage backlog and requirements for financial platform integrations once deployed
• Monitor and prioritize enhancements to CRM integrations based on business needs and stakeholder feedback
• Coordinate across Engineering, business stakeholders, carriers, and external partners to maintain clear priorities and decision-making

What We're Looking For

• Technical background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience working between Product and Engineering functions
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally with APIs, platforms, or technical integrations
• Strong understanding of API design, versioning, migration strategies, and ability to engage in detailed technical discussions with engineers
• Ability to understand complex technical topics and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences
• Confident stakeholder management skills with ability to balance competing technical and business priorities
• Comfort managing multiple concurrent workstreams while adapting to changing priorities
• Collaborative working style across distributed teams and locations
• Curiosity about AI tools and digital solutions for improving productivity and workflows
• Experience in logistics, parcel, or freight technology, particularly carrier API integrations, is advantageous
• Familiarity with CRM integrations or financial/invoicing system interfaces is a plus
• Fluency in English required; German language skills are beneficial for this Hamburg-based position
