We are representing a confidential media agency seeking a Senior Manager Influencer Marketing to join their team in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of influencer marketing campaigns—from initial concept through final reporting.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Developing strategic concepts, planning, and executing influencer marketing campaigns for clients
- Negotiating and managing partnerships with selected influencers, supporting content creation and publication
- Providing consultative support to colleagues, clients, and partners with strong interpersonal skills
- Leading pitch efforts to win new business and providing strategic counsel to new clients
- Mentoring team members during onboarding and supporting the team lead on key initiatives
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks a candidate with:
- A completed degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, either client-side or at an agency/platform
- Strong ability to visualize and conceptualize influencer marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with common influencer marketing tools for research, analysis, and reporting
- Proven experience leading pitch processes
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, confident presentation abilities, and a client-focused approach
