Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential engineering consultancy seeking a working student to support their Proposal Management team in München. You will play a vital role in the preparation and coordination of proposals for infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the creation and compilation of proposal documents
- Maintaining and updating proposal templates, reference lists, and company presentations
- Supporting coordination of proposal submissions and managing deadlines
- Contributing to the assembly and quality assurance of proposal documentation
- Maintaining project, client, and reference databases
- Organizing and structuring proposal materials
- Preparing key performance indicators and reporting materials
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks a detail-oriented student with strong organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will have:
- Current enrollment in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a comparable program (beginners welcome)
- Proficient skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Independent working style with strong organizational and communication capabilities
- Enthusiasm for working with numbers and content
- Analytical mindset and structured approach to tasks
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
