Werkstudent (w/m/d) Data Science

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in Offenbach am Main seeking a working student (Werkstudent) in Data Science to join their data team. In this role, you will actively shape the data landscape and advance intelligent automation within a dynamic online retail environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, cleaning, and preparing relevant datasets
• Developing data analyses and dashboards
• Creating reports for stakeholders
• Optimizing and advancing forecasting models
• Ensuring data quality through building and maintaining automated tests and data quality checks
• Developing and integrating AI tools to automate and optimize data processes
• Handling ad hoc tasks in the data domain
• Collaborating on interdisciplinary projects

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student (w/m/d) with focus on Computer Science, Data Science, or Business with quantitative emphasis
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and structured way of working
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Prior experience with ELT or ETL processes, Linux, Git, and module testing
• Curiosity about deploying and developing AI-powered tools in data environments
