We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Sales Development Representative based in South Africa. Our client works with marketing executives across the United States, and this role focuses on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and appointment setting for their sales team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision-makers in the United States
• Engage with senior stakeholders including Marketing Directors, CMOs, Digital Marketing Managers, Growth Marketing Managers, and business owners
• Present our client's services in a clear, professional, and conversational manner
• Build rapport with prospects and ask thoughtful qualifying questions to identify good-fit opportunities
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining positive customer experiences
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with accurate calendar coordination
• Maintain detailed CRM records including call outcomes, notes, and follow-up activities
• Participate in call reviews, role-play sessions, and ongoing coaching to strengthen sales skills

Preferred Background:

• Previous experience in marketing, cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or B2B sales is helpful but not required
• Strong communication skills, coachability, and willingness to learn are valued above prior experience
