About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential gaming organisation with a growing London presence. They are seeking an experienced Team Support professional to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of their London office. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys supporting high-performing teams, and takes real ownership in a dynamic environment.

As the sole Team Support professional based in London, you'll have significant independence and responsibility while collaborating closely with an experienced support team across multiple locations. You'll shape how support works locally, from travel coordination and event planning to the countless practical details that keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administrative support for the London office
• Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
• Plan and organise team days, offsites, internal events, and other team-building activities
• Support colleagues with everyday practical questions, from benefits to general team needs
• Serve as a trusted local point of contact for colleagues, leads, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with support colleagues and operational teams across multiple offices
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement better solutions

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in team support, workplace coordination, travel arrangements, and/or event production
• Service-minded approach with genuine enjoyment of helping others succeed
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions about what needs immediate attention
• Confidence working independently and taking responsibility, even in ambiguous situations
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to build trusted relationships across teams and locations
• Collaborative and humble working style with willingness to seek input and offer support
• Experience working in international environments with colleagues across multiple countries
• Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work and enthusiasm for experimenting with new technologies

Desirable:

• Experience supporting a growing office or building support practices in evolving environments
• Experience coordinating complex international travel

Location: London-based, full-time permanent position. This role requires regular onsite presence in the London office with occasional travel between offices.
