Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential climate-tech organization in Berlin for a Product Manager role focused on Customer Care. This is a fixed-term position covering parental leave, offering the chance to work on products that directly improve customer support experiences while contributing to sustainability goals in the residential sector.

You'll develop strategic product roadmaps for customer care operations, working with AI prototypes, cross-functional teams, and CRM systems to deliver faster, higher-quality resolutions. This role combines product strategy, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution in a modern tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for customer care functions, ensuring customers receive fast, high-quality support
  • Identify opportunities and test ideas quickly using AI prototypes, turning validated concepts into production-ready products
  • Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, prioritization, and delivery phases
  • Standardize and automate operational processes in partnership with customer care leadership, ensuring solutions integrate smoothly into daily operations
  • Measure product impact through customer satisfaction metrics, user feedback, adoption rates, resolution times, and quality indicators
  • Continuously improve products based on data-driven insights and customer learnings

What We're Looking For

  • At least three years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in Customer Care, Service, Support, After-Sales, or related operational environments
  • Proven track record building or improving customer care products, workflows, or digital experiences that help customers find answers and resolve issues
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is particularly valuable
  • Strong curiosity about AI with practical experience using AI copilots, agents, or comparable solutions in product or operational contexts
  • Experience standardizing or automating processes to improve efficiency, quality, or consistency
  • Data-driven approach: using metrics, customer feedback, and qualitative insights to prioritize opportunities and measure impact
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to align business partners around clear roadmaps and make sound prioritization decisions
  • German language skills at C1 level required
  • English language skills at C2 level required

Pay

Compensation starts from €62,000 annually, determined during the recruitment process based on your experience and qualifications.
