About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing SaaS company in Munich that helps small and medium-sized businesses digitize their workforce management. Our client serves over 20,000 customers with their B2B solution for time tracking, leave management, and shift scheduling.

We're seeking a Business Analyst to join their Commercial Growth department. This is a full-time role where you'll be the analytical engine behind revenue intelligence—identifying growth opportunities, leveraging AI-powered insights, and translating data into actionable growth projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify untapped growth potential across the business—whether in the existing customer base, product-led growth initiatives, or operational processes
• Use AI tools to analyze large datasets and uncover patterns in structured and unstructured data (support tickets, customer feedback, user behavior)
• Translate analytical insights into concrete growth projects and guide their implementation from concept to measurable results
• Support other business teams with ad-hoc analyses and data-driven answers to revenue-related questions
• Work within the Commercial Growth function, which encompasses revenue architecture, revenue intelligence, and revenue scalability

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical thinking—you love data, recognize patterns, and derive actionable insights that translate into concrete projects
• Technical proficiency with SQL and data warehouse environments; curiosity about databases and analytical systems
• Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools for data analysis, especially with large or unstructured datasets
• Business acumen and familiarity with SaaS metrics like MRR, upselling, and churn prevention
• Structured work approach—you maintain clarity even when analyzing complex datasets
• Self-starter mentality with a sense of ownership and a commitment to continuous development
• German language proficiency required for this Munich-based role
