Training Manager ProAV (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential professional audio-visual technology company seeking a Training Manager to lead their global partner education strategy. This is a newly created role reporting directly to senior leadership, focused on building scalable training programs that enable channel partners worldwide to successfully position and sell advanced AV connectivity and signal management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the complete partner training strategy, selecting and implementing the optimal mix of online and in-person tools including LMS, webinar platforms, and content authoring systems
• Develop engaging, technically sound training content in multiple formats—from quick-start guides and e-learning modules to hands-on exercises—and maintain alignment with evolving product portfolios
• Deliver in-person training sessions at partner locations and international industry events, plus regular webinars for partners and the entire sales channel
• Create presentations and training materials that enable the sales team to independently conduct product and sales training for partners and customers
• Design and operate a multi-tier partner certification program alongside a structured onboarding process that accelerates new partner success
• Track metrics including participation rates, certifications, and partner performance; derive insights and continuously optimize program effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to achieve measurable learning and revenue objectives

What We're Looking For

• Deep expertise in professional AV environments with comprehensive knowledge of the commercial audio-visual industry, ideally with technical or engineering background
• Proven track record designing and delivering training programs and webinars for both technical and commercial audiences
• Strong analytical capabilities with ability to translate product knowledge into clear learning experiences
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) plus strong English proficiency
• Proficiency with standard office applications (especially Excel, Outlook, Word) and Windows environments
• Genuine interest in emerging technologies and self-directed professional development
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
• Excellent communication skills with natural teaching ability that makes learning engaging and enjoyable
• Demonstrated reliability, initiative, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset
