Wir vertreten einen etablierten Finanzdienstleister in Karlsruhe und suchen einen Vertriebsunterstützer (m/w/d) für die Gewerbekundenberatung. In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit spezialisierten Beratern zusammen – darunter Ärzteberater, Gründungs- und Nachfolgeberater sowie Gewerbekundenberater. Sie übernehmen operative und vertriebliche Aufgaben, die das Beratungsteam entlasten und den Kundenservice optimieren.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Vertriebliche Unterstützung und Entlastung der Kundenberater
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundengesprächen
- Abwicklung von kreditfachlichen Vorgängen
- Identifizierung von Vertriebsansätzen und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen
- Durchführung einfacher Angebotskalkulationen
- Übernahme einfacher Kundengespräche und Produktabschlüsse
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kundendaten
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit und Informationsaustausch mit Spezialisten im gewerblichen Vertrieb

Vergütung
Unser Mandant bietet eine attraktive Vergütung nach TVöD-Tarifvertrag (Entgeltgruppe 9b) mit 13,83 Monatsgehältern. Die Position umfasst eine 39-Stunden-Woche, flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung, 32 Urlaubstage plus bezahlte Freistellung am 24.12. und 31.12., Mobile-Work-Möglichkeiten, betriebliche Altersvorsorge, betriebliche Krankenversicherung, Fahrradleasing und 50% Zuschuss zum Deutschlandticket.
