e-Discovery Specialist

AG is seeking an experienced e-Discovery Specialist to join our Lisbon office (Airbus Portugal) on a full-time basis. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in legal and compliance operations, managing digital evidence and supporting organisations with complex data governance challenges.

About the Role

As an e-Discovery Specialist at AG in Lisbon, you will be at the centre of our legal technology operations. You'll manage the collection, preservation, and review of digital evidence whilst ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires both technical precision and a deep understanding of legal processes, making you essential to our clients' success in complex investigations and litigation support.

What You'll Do

• Collect, process, and review digital evidence from multiple sources using industry-standard e-discovery platforms and tools
• Manage metadata, custodian interviews, and chain-of-custody documentation to maintain evidence integrity
• Support legal teams and clients through all phases of the e-discovery lifecycle, from initial assessment to final deliverables
• Identify and apply appropriate data filtering, deduplication, and quality-control measures
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop workflows and best practices that enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain detailed records and reports to demonstrate compliance with legal and regulatory standards

What You Bring

• Proven experience in e-discovery, digital forensics, or legal technology roles
• Proficiency with e-discovery platforms (e.g. Relativity, Everlaw, or similar tools)
• Strong understanding of data handling, metadata, and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex, high-volume document sets
• Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with legal professionals and technical teams
• Relevant certifications or training in e-discovery, digital forensics, or legal support (desirable)
