Manager, Social Analytics EMEA

Responsibilities

We are representing a global consumer products organization seeking a Manager, Social Analytics for their EMEA region based in London. This role reports to senior analytics leadership and serves as the primary analytics partner across regional social and marketing teams.

In this position, you will lead social analytics reporting and insights across all social media activity—organic, earned, influencer, and paid. You will quantify what drives viral performance and provide actionable analysis to inform regional growth strategies.

You will direct the use of AI agents and intelligent tools against social and marketing data to surface insights faster, moving beyond manual reporting to orchestrate scalable, automated workflows. Your work will inform KPI development, cutting through vanity metrics to define outcome-oriented measures that ladder up to business impact.

You will deliver executive reporting tailored to regional and global stakeholders, conduct rapid benchmark analyses, and establish evolving measurement approaches for the region. Managing a broad stakeholder group—including regional social and marketing leaders, creative teams, agencies, and senior leadership—you will balance competing priorities with clarity and poise.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field required; Master's degree a plus
• 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics or social media analytics
• Experience with SQL and modern data platforms such as Snowflake
• Comfort with AI-assisted analytics tools and agentic workflows a plus
• Solid analytical and spreadsheet fundamentals paired with genuine curiosity about AI-powered workflows
• Strong track record analyzing social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and translating insights into clear business and creative actions
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing ambiguity and multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
