Technical Product Manager – AI Stockbroking App

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client building next-generation AI-powered financial tools. Our talent team is searching for a Technical Product Manager to own end-to-end delivery of regulated money-movement and investment features within their AI stockbroking application. This is a remote position based in Poland.

You will operate at the intersection of technical design, regulatory compliance, and AI product strategy—shaping how users spend, save, invest, and exchange money through intelligent, mobile-first experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own a vertical end-to-end: outcomes, metrics, backlog prioritization by value/risk/dependency, and crisp acceptance criteria
• Shape technical design with engineering teams—system boundaries, money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), third-party integrations, failure/retry/refund paths, security, latency, scalability
• Make hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX; defend decisions to engineering, compliance, and operations stakeholders
• Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs: licensing scope, KYC/CDD limits, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, data residency and privacy
• Define AI application boundaries—what AI decides autonomously, where humans stay in the loop, how models are evaluated, and fallback behavior when uncertain
• Ship features behind flags and go live as partner and regulatory gates clear
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance/Reconciliation teams

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end in regulated or high-consequence domains (payments, banking, remittance, insurance)
• Strong system design foundation: boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, consistency under concurrency
• Ability to read, review, and challenge technical design documents; can sketch architecture and sequence diagrams
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based products; ability to frame features as evaluable (offline, online, human feedback)
• Realistic judgment on hallucination, drift, data gaps, and when models must not be in the loop
• Strong decisiveness and judgment under ambiguity; can hold your own with senior engineers
• Understanding that money movement demands correctness over convenience
• Fluent English communication for distributed team collaboration
