Entyre Inc is hiring a Customer Success Specialist (Remote, Full-Time, Boston, Massachusetts) to support families through our onboarding and intake processes. This role combines administrative coordination with customer-focused service delivery to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for every family we serve.
What This Role Involves
As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the operational backbone of how we onboard and support families in our program. You'll handle the coordination, documentation, and follow-up that keeps our administrative processes running smoothly—ensuring families get the attention they deserve and internal teams have the information they need to deliver excellent service. This role sits at the intersection of administrative management and customer advocacy.
Core Duties
- Update and maintain family account information in our CRM system with high accuracy to support all internal operations.
- Plan and manage the onboarding schedule, including renewals, check-ins, and customer follow-ups to maintain service continuity.
- Build performance reports tracking customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction—insights that directly shape team strategy.
- Document customer success workflows, create FAQs, and develop support guides to streamline how we serve families.
- Field family inquiries and concerns, route them efficiently to the right department, and track resolution to completion.
- Review current processes for bottlenecks and propose improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales, clinical, and product teams to align administrative work with broader company goals.
What You Bring
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented habits—accuracy in records and processes is essential.
- Experience with CRM platforms and data management systems.
- Skill in producing, interpreting, and presenting analytics and performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when coordinating across departments.
- Problem-solving approach: you identify workflow gaps and recommend practical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
