About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential professional development organization in their search for a Regional Channel Partner Manager based in the United States. Our client is a well-established leader in their industry, focused on expanding strategic training partnerships and driving growth through channel relationships.
This role is ideal for an experienced partnership professional who thrives on building and managing B2B relationships, driving revenue through channel partners, and expanding market presence across a defined territory.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic training partner relationships across your assigned region
- Drive channel performance and achieve sales targets through effective partner enablement
- Expand market presence through business development and strategic stakeholder engagement
- Oversee and execute multiple projects and partner initiatives with a proactive, adaptive approach
- Identify and map business strengths to customer and partner needs
- Maintain deep product knowledge and innovate new ways to serve the B2B channel
- Provide high-level stakeholder management with senior executives both internally and with partners
- Leverage digital technologies and CRM systems to transform customer experience and engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver optimal partner and customer outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (MBA or related business degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partner relationship management
- Strong partnership management and business development background with proven results
- Analytical mindset with experience in both qualitative and quantitative analytics
- High-level stakeholder management skills and ability to work with C-suite executives
- Demonstrated strength with digital technologies and CRM platforms (Microsoft Office suite required)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working in agile, dynamic, customer-centric environments
- Ability to work collaboratively and combine diverse ideas for customer benefit
- Proficiency in English required
