Anaplan Solution Architect

Bluecrux, headquartered in Millburn, New Jersey, is hiring a Remote Anaplan Solution Architect for a full-time position. You'll partner with enterprise clients to design, build, and implement sophisticated planning models that transform supply chain operations.

What This Role Involves

As an Anaplan Solution Architect at Bluecrux, you'll drive the complete lifecycle of planning model development—from initial business requirements through final deployment and user enablement. You'll serve as the technical and strategic lead for complex supply chain planning engagements, working across demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement optimization. Your focus will be on crafting solutions that balance technical sophistication with practical usability, enabling clients to make faster, better-informed decisions across their organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy end-to-end Anaplan solutions addressing demand planning, supply planning, and inventory control challenges
• Engage with client stakeholders to define business requirements, identify opportunities, and align technical architecture with strategic priorities
• Develop resilient, scalable planning models that demonstrate best practices and perform optimally across enterprise deployments
• Create detailed technical specifications and model documentation that guide implementation teams and support long-term maintenance
• Lead and mentor junior modelers and technical resources, ensuring consistent quality and knowledge transfer across projects
• Integrate Anaplan systems with existing enterprise applications, validating data flows and maintaining accuracy across integrated workflows
• Train end-users and business teams on planning capabilities, model functionality, and optimal tool usage patterns
• Champion planning best practices, document lessons learned, and continuously improve delivery methodologies
• Manage model governance, version control, and change processes to ensure operational stability and compliance

Requirements

• Deep expertise with Anaplan platform architecture, modules, and configuration capabilities
• Proven experience designing supply chain planning solutions, including forecasting, inventory, and procurement models
• Strong technical skills in data modeling, systems integration, and business logic implementation
• Track record leading cross-functional projects and mentoring technical teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across business and technical audiences
• Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions
