Sourcing & Procurement Process Manager

Bluecrux seeks an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Process Manager to join its consulting team in Dublin. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to direct transformative supply chain initiatives whilst building and mentoring a high-performing consulting unit.

Position Summary

In this strategic role, you will oversee complex sourcing and procurement transformation programmes, combining hands-on project leadership with team management and commercial development. You will blend expertise in supply chain delivery with the ability to drive business growth, whilst championing modern data analytics and emerging technologies as core enablers of transformation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the full lifecycle of sourcing, procurement, and supply chain transformation initiatives, from discovery through execution and realisation
• Serve as the primary delivery lead on assigned consulting engagements, ensuring rigorous quality standards and measurable client outcomes
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; contribute actively to proposal development and client negotiations for additional contracts
• Build, coach, and develop a team of consulting professionals, fostering capability whilst delivering on client objectives
• Champion data-driven and analytics-focused approaches to supply chain improvement; remain engaged with digital and artificial intelligence innovations
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders, strengthening consulting services through relationship management and knowledge transfer

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience leading procurement or supply chain transformation programmes
• Demonstrated capability in managing consulting or professional services delivery teams
• Strong commercial acumen and track record in business development or account management
• Familiarity with data analytics, digital tools, and modern supply chain methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple organisational levels
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution on concurrent engagements
