About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aerospace and defense organization in their search for a Pacific Northwest Regional Sales Manager. This is a strategic, home-based position covering Washington, Oregon, and Western Canada. You must reside in Oregon or Washington.

Our client operates across multiple business units serving Tier 1 OEMs and sub-tier suppliers. As Regional Sales Manager, you will report at the division level and drive new business development while expanding existing accounts across commercial aviation and defense sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed growth targets across Washington, Oregon, and Western Canada
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Tier 1 and sub-tier aerospace and defense customers
• Leverage existing account relationships for incremental revenue growth
• Pursue second-source opportunities to displace competitors and expand market share
• Manage complex sales pipelines with a process-oriented approach
• Build and maintain deep strategic relationships with key customers
• Collaborate with engineering, senior management, and customers on product development roadmaps
• Achieve territory order objectives and life-of-program win goals
• Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory

What We're Looking For

• BA/BS required; Engineering or technical degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience in aerospace and defense sectors
• Proven track record of sales success with ability to influence and secure new business
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US and access export-controlled information
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Current residence in Washington or Oregon required
