Business Development Representative – German Speaker

This full-time remote position focuses on the DACH region, combining proactive outbound sales development with strategic client management. You'll work within established processes and proven methodologies while representing premium services to high-value accounts across German-speaking markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification targeting German-speaking decision-makers
• Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining the highest standards across all account interactions
• Manage sales pipelines and track activity using Salesforce and Salesloft platforms
• Balance multiple priorities between new business development and ongoing account management
• Consistently achieve KPIs for meeting generation, pipeline contribution, and client satisfaction metrics

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in German with professional proficiency in English
• Currently based in the United Kingdom or Europe within compatible timezones
• Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or delivery-focused roles
• Exceptional organizational abilities with proven multitasking capabilities
• Immediate availability to begin
• Resilient, ambitious personality with proactive problem-solving approach

Preferred experience:

• Previous SDR or BDR experience within SaaS or engineering sectors
• Strong customer service or professional client management background
• Familiarity with sales acceleration methodologies
